Privacy Policy

Effective July 24, 2026 · Updated August 30, 2026

AIDAR Health builds clinical-grade devices and software for licensed care providers. This policy explains what we collect on aidar.com, why, and the choices you have.

1 · What this policy covers

This policy applies to aidar.com and related marketing properties operated by AIDAR Health, Inc. (“AIDAR,” “we,” “us”). It does not cover patient health information (PHI) processed through the MouthLab device or the Atlas platform inside a care relationship, those uses are governed by the Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and HIPAA Notice that AIDAR signs with each healthcare provider. See our HIPAA Notice for that.

2 · Information we collect

When you visit aidar.com we collect basic device and request metadata (browser type, IP-derived country, referrer, and the pages you view) for site analytics and abuse prevention. When you submit our Contact form we collect the fields you provide: name, work email, organization, role, facility details, and your message. When you subscribe to our newsletter we collect the email address you enter. We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics, described in “Cookies and analytics” below. We do not run third-party advertising cookies on this site.

3 · How we use it

We use submitted contact information to respond to your inquiry and to follow up about partnership, deployment, press, or research opportunities. We use a newsletter email only to send occasional company and product updates, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We use site analytics in aggregate to understand which pages are useful and to fix problems. We do not sell personal information.

4 · Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use aidar.com: which pages are read, roughly where visitors are located (country or region), and how they arrived. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes this usage data on our behalf, as described in Google’s privacy documentation. We have configured it for site measurement only, not for advertising, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can opt out by declining or blocking cookies in your browser settings or by installing Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Declining analytics does not affect your ability to use the site.

5 · Sharing

We share data with a small, audited set of service providers acting on our behalf: website hosting (Vercel, Inc.), site analytics (Google LLC, through Google Analytics), and email delivery for contact and newsletter notifications (Resend, Inc.), each under written confidentiality and data-protection terms. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of users or the integrity of our service. We do not sell personal information.

6 · Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as the inquiry remains active and for up to twenty-four months thereafter for follow-up. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you. Site analytics are retained in aggregate. You can request deletion of identifiable records you submitted by writing to privacy@aidar.com.

7 · Your choices

You can decline cookies in your browser, opt out of Google Analytics, browse aidar.com without submitting any form, unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, and request access, correction, or deletion of the contact records you provided. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, including in California, Maryland, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon, and other states with comprehensive privacy statutes: the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to obtain a portable copy, and to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising (we do none of those). You can exercise any of these rights by writing to privacy@aidar.com; we will verify and respond within the time your state law requires. If we decline a request, we will explain why, and you may appeal that decision by replying to our response.

8 · International visitors

aidar.com is operated from the United States and the information described in this policy is processed and stored in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those of your country. If you visit the site or submit a form from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. If you are in a jurisdiction that grants you additional rights over your personal data, such as the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may exercise them by writing to privacy@aidar.com.

9 · Security

We protect information using industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest, role-based access controls, and audit logging. No method of transmission over the internet is one hundred percent secure; we work to reduce risk and notify affected parties promptly if a material incident occurs.

10 · Children

aidar.com is intended for healthcare professionals and adult inquiries. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

11 · Changes

We update this policy as our practices change. The effective date at the top of the page reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced on this page; we encourage you to review periodically.

12 · Contact
